Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with 3+ years of experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment. The candidate should have a strong command of language, storytelling ability, and a knack for creating engaging, impactful, and brand-driven content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, captions, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas and communication concepts from scratch.
  • Ideate and contribute to 360Β° marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Create campaign taglines, brand messaging, and positioning statements.
  • Write scripts for reels, advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, and performance marketing creatives.
  • Develop website copy, landing pages, blogs, emailers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch fresh, trend-driven campaign ideas.
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into impactful creative communication.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Research consumer insights, competitors, and market trends to create relevant and effective communication.
  • Proofread, edit, and refine content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple brands and projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve ideation, content creation, research, and productivity without compromising creativity.
  • Mentor or guide junior writers/content executives whenever required.
  • Present campaign concepts and copy rationale confidently to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and target audiences.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media trends, and content strategies.
  • Basic understanding of branding and visual communication.
