Role Overview
Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is seeking a motivated and creative Recruitment Marketing Intern to join our TA Marketing team within Global Talent Acquisition. This role offers hands‑on experience supporting how we attract, engage, and inspire talent globally through storytelling, digital content, employer branding, and data‑informed recruitment marketing strategies.
The intern will contribute to high‑visibility initiatives that support BMS’s evolving talent priorities, working closely with partners across Talent Acquisition, Corporate Affairs, People & Inclusion, and external creative agencies. This role is ideal for someone excited to learn how employer brand, content, technology, and analytics come together to shape candidate experience at scale.
What You’ll Work On
The intern will support and learn across the full recruitment marketing lifecycle, including:
Content & Storytelling
Support the planning, creation, and coordination of recruitment marketing content across digital channels, including careers sites, social platforms, talent campaigns, and internal advocacy initiatives
Assist with storytelling efforts that highlight BMS culture, inclusion, innovation, and employee experiences across critical talent segments and priority hiring areas
Help draft and edit written and video content such as social posts, short articles, campaign copy, interview questions, and messaging frameworks
Campaigns & Employer Brand Activation
Support global and regional recruitment marketing campaigns, including research, audience targeting, content coordination, and publishing support
Assist with maintaining and evolving BMS’s employer brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and strategic partner sites
Support initiatives tied to inclusion & culture, early talent, emerging skills, and hard‑to‑fill roles
Digital Platforms & Tools
Learn how recruitment marketing platforms and content systems are used to plan, manage, and distribute content at scale
Support content organization, tagging, and publishing processes to ensure consistency, quality, and discoverability
Assist with basic workflow coordination across tools used by the TA Marketing team
Analytics & Optimization
Assist with tracking and organizing performance metrics across content and campaigns (e.g., engagement, reach, apply clicks)
Help prepare simple reports and insights to understand what content resonates most with candidates and talent communities
Learn how data and feedback are used to continuously improve messaging and candidate experience
Collaboration & Project Support
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Recruiters, Sourcers, Corporate Communications, People & Inclusion teams, and external agencies
Provide project coordination support, helping manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and planning discussions
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong written communication skills and an interest in storytelling for digital audiences
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Interest in social media, digital marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience (academic or personal) creating digital content (social posts, blogs, videos, graphics, etc.)
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, or similar channels
Interest in analytics, metrics, or understanding performance data
Exposure to marketing technology tools, content management systems, or design tools is a plus
Curiosity about how culture, inclusion, and employee experience influence employer brand

This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program. Employment in this role does not imply or guarantee ongoing or permanent employment with BMS.
The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of $23.00 to $42.00/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job. Compensation details are subject to change.

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off
US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)
Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays
Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.
All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.
*Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
