Job Overview: We’re looking for an experienced PPC Advertising Specialist to take full ownership of paid digital advertising across Google, Bing, Meta, and Amazon—and to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategy across all channels and brands.
This is not just a campaign manager role. We’re looking for someone who can own the strategy, execution, and reporting for all paid campaigns across our business units. From keyword research and targeting to conversion tracking setup and multi-platform analytics, you’ll ensure every dollar works harder and smarter.
You’ll work with our in-house creative team for assets but lead everything else—budgets, segmentation, audience builds, reporting, testing, and performance analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full-Funnel Paid Media Management:
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (incl. PMAX), Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon Ads.
- Brand Portfolio Oversight:
- Strategically manage campaigns for a portfolio of companies with tailored strategies per region and audience.
- Analytics & Conversion Tracking:
- Lead GA4 implementation, Google Tag Manager setup, and event-based conversion tracking across platforms and websites.
- Ensure clean data flow, accurate source attribution, and actionable reporting.
- Identify performance gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities using a full-funnel analytics approach.
- Reporting Guru:
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI using Google ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Amazon, and WooCommerce data.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights with KPIs like ROAS, TACoS, CAC, LTV, click share, and audience lift.
- Translate data into strategy—clearly and confidently.
- Segmentation & Targeting:
- Build and maintain detailed audiences for retargeting, lookalike, affinity, and contextual segments.
- Tailor campaign strategy for high-precision technical B2B and niche industrial markets.
- Budget & Bidding Strategy:
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies across brands to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Creative Coordination:
- Work with the creative team to define asset needs, performance feedback, and testing ideas.
- Testing & Iteration:
- Implement A/B tests, creative experiments, and landing page tests to improve conversion rates and reduce ad waste.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-10+ years managing paid search, social, and marketplace ads at scale
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads
- Deep experience with GA4, GTM, custom event tracking, and attribution modeling
- Strong reporting skills; experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI & Excel
- Experience managing complex B2B or industrial advertising (preferred)
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, and eCommerce tracking
- Ability to juggle multi-brand ad strategies and keep performance front and center
- Strong communication skills—you’ll be regularly reporting to leadership and collaborating cross-functionally
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or manufacturing industries.
