JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media/Marketing Intern to lead the management of our company’s social media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting engaging content across our social media platforms to increase our company’s visibility, engage with our audience, and support our marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with team members to ensure messaging aligns with our company goals. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about working in an international environment and engaging with diverse audiences. It’s an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate with a passion for marketing, strong creative skills, and the confidence to drive our social media strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all company social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels and actively engage with followers to build community and increase interaction.
Create and execute social media campaigns aligned with company goals and marketing strategies.
Support recruitment efforts by promoting recruiting events and opportunities through social media channels.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Research and stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s social presence fresh and competitive.
Assist with content creation including graphics, videos, blog posts, or newsletters as needed.
Support special projects related to marketing, recruiting, and brand awareness as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn new marketing skills.
Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Work Authorization: The ideal candidate for this role will have authorization to work in the US.
