Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management:
- Design and publish engaging social media posts aligned with our brand identity.
- Create synergistic content in both print and digital formats, including cheat sheets, postcards, and other customer-facing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms, maintaining a cohesive tone and aesthetic.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Website and Blog Management:
- Write and post insightful, SEO-optimized blog content to drive traffic to the website.
- Implement and monitor Google AdWords campaigns to improve website traffic and conversions.
- Print Media Integration:
- Repurpose digital content into print formats, ensuring materials are compelling and visually appealing for customers.
- Video Production and Editing:
- Create and edit short-form video content for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Ensure videos are engaging and tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- Performance Metrics and Lead Generation:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as webform submissions, phone inquiries, and social media engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and lead traffic through digital and print marketing efforts.
- Collaboration and Team Fit:
- Work closely with the existing marketing team to align efforts and support overall marketing goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Constant Contact, Google AdWords, and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Video editing experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
