Join Our Team as a Part‑Time Social Media Video Creator!

6–10 hours/week • Flexible schedule • Travel to Westminster & Ellicott City, MD

Do you love capturing joyful moments, telling great stories, and creating videos that make people smile? LSMMD is looking for a creative, outgoing, people‑loving video creator to help bring our senior living communities to life online.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, has a sharp eye for fun, and wants to use their creativity to highlight the vibrant, meaningful experiences happening every day in our Continuing Care Retirement Home Communities.

Guided by our faith‑based values, LSMMD builds relationships, strengthens communities, and seeks new ways to serve. Our residents and team members are the heart of everything we do — and we want the world to see that.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the creative spark behind our short‑form video content. Your mission: show the world how lively, warm, and engaging life is inside our communities.

You will:

  • Plan, film and edit fun, lively and engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels and YouTube Shorts) that authentically showcase daily life within the community, including resident and team member experiences and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Post short-form videos to community social media accounts, following best practices for each network.
  • Work with the LSMMD marketing team to create a video plan that aligns with our content strategy and resonates with target audiences.
  • Follow our organization’s privacy and compliance policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re someone who lights up a room — and helps others shine, too. You’re comfortable chatting with residents, encouraging participation, and turning everyday moments into delightful stories.

Why This Role Is Awesome

  • You get to create joyful, meaningful content that celebrates real people.

  • Your schedule is flexible — perfect for college students, freelancers, or anyone wanting a creative side gig.

  • You’ll work in warm, welcoming communities where residents love being part of the fun.

  • Every day brings something new to capture.

If you’re ready to bring your creativity, energy, and heart to a role that truly makes a difference, we’d love to meet you.
