We provide a full-service approach for our clients executing strategic media campaigns across a variety of digital channels with highly advanced audience targeting, premium inventory partnerships, and impactful ad formats at scale. 


ABOUT THE ROLE: 


Division-D is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will take a lead role in managing the Division-D company social media pages, including strategy, organization, caption writing, and posting. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll plan our monthly content calendar, monitor performance data, and identify areas for growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, holds a passion for digital advertising, is eager to stay updated on the latest trends in social media and marketing, possesses strong writing skills, and exhibits excellent organizational skills. 


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Ideate, plan, and post content for all company social pages on LinkedIn, Meta, and X 
  • Write captivating captions that drive engagement while aligning with brand voice  
  • Research, identify, and explore growth opportunities for company social pages  
  • Execute additional marketing-related tasks as assigned to support the marketing team

Requirements

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related degree program 
  • Available to work 15 hours per week onsite in River North, Chicago  
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms 
  • Creative in generating content ideas and executing them effectively 
  • Strong skills in both writing and speaking, especially in crafting engaging captions 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Meta, and/or X social media pages for a B2B brand 
  • Experience working in any of the following platforms: Canva, Monday, Later, and Meta Business Suite 
  • Previous internship experience in social media. 
  • Junior, Senior, or freshly graduated 
Salary Description
$17 per hour
