Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with 3+ years of experience who can drive organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Optimize website pages for on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Technical SEO
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site structure.
Work with developers to resolve site speed, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals issues.
Ensure proper implementation of schema markup, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
Content Optimization
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
Optimize landing pages, blogs, and website content for search intent and target keywords.
Identify opportunities for content expansion and topic clustering.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Identify opportunities for guest posting, outreach, and partnerships.
Monitor backlink profiles and address toxic links if required.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Generate regular reports on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and SEO performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve organic performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth strategies.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is preferred.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
Experience handling multiple websites or international SEO projects.
