• Own and manage client SEO & Google Ads accounts end-to-end.
• Build, optimise, and manage all Ad Campaign Types.
• Lead SEO strategy: keyword mapping, technical audits, link strategy, content planning.
• Fix ranking issues, cannibalisation, and internal linking problems.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust strategy based on revenue-focused goals.
• Lead monthly reporting and provide insights that matter (not fluff).
• Collaborate with our writers, developers, and account managers.
• Prioritize fast wins where possible while setting up long-term success.
• Be a calm and confident problem-solver for clients and the team.
• Report directly to the Founder and take initiative on new opportunities.
