Marketing & Growth Optimisation

  • Leverage AI to enhance SEO, paid media, and content strategies across all divisions
  • Identify and execute on on-page, off-page, and local SEO opportunities
  • Use AI tools to generate insights, optimise campaigns, and improve conversion rates
  • Scale lead generation for both service-based customers and franchise enquiries across Australia and New Zealand

AI Strategy & Implementation

  • Identify opportunities to implement AI across marketing, operations, customer experience, and internal workflows
  • Design and deploy AI-driven systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
  • Continuously test and adopt new tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others) to stay ahead of the curve

Automation & Operations

  • Build and optimise automated workflows across the business (marketing, sales, onboarding, reporting, etc.)
  • Streamline repetitive tasks using AI to improve team productivity and output
  • Integrate AI into existing systems, including websites, CRMs, and internal tools

Technical Execution

  • Implement website updates, improvements, and optimisations using platforms such as Oxygen Builder and Elementor
  • Improve technical SEO performance (site speed, indexing, internal linking, structure)
  • Work hands-on with AI tools to create and deploy scalable solutions

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with internal and remote teams to implement AI-driven initiatives
  • Provide direction and support to marketing, content, and development teams
  • Ensure all activities align with overall business growth objectives

Data & Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on performance across all AI-driven initiatives
  • Use data to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI
  • Present insights and recommendations in weekly leadership meetings

You Will Possess:

  • Deep, hands-on experience with leading AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging platforms
  • Proven ability to apply AI to drive measurable business outcomes (growth, efficiency, automation, ROI)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and growth strategies
  • Experience building or implementing AI-powered workflows and automations
  • Solid technical capability, including working with websites, CMS platforms, and integrations
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using tools like GA4, Ahrefs, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to think both strategically and execute hands-on
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different divisions in a fast-paced environment
