SEO Executive

Job Summary

At EazyGrad, we’re building one of India’s most trusted education brands, and we know that smart growth starts with smarter marketing. We are looking for an Intermediate SEO Specialist who can manage on page, off page, and technical SEO. The role also requires understanding of AI driven search such as AIO, GEO, and LLM based optimisation. The candidate should focus on improving rankings, traffic, indexing, and conversions through practical execution.

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi (on-site)
Experience: 2 - 3 years

Key Responsibilities
On Page SEO

• Perform keyword research based on intent and search demand

• Optimise pages, blogs, and landing pages

• Improve internal linking and content structure

• Identify content gaps and fix cannibalisation issues

Technical SEO

• Monitor indexing, crawling, and rendering in Google Search Console

• Fix broken links, duplicate content, and crawl issues

• Support page speed and Core Web Vitals improvements

Off Page SEO

• Build quality backlinks through outreach, guest posts, and directories

• Monitor backlink profile and remove low quality links

• Support brand authority through external mentions

Requirements

• 2-3 years of SEO experience

• Strong understanding of on page, off page, and technical SEO

• Basic understanding of AI search, GEO, and LLM content optimisation

• Experience with Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or Semrush

• Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
