The ideal candidate has a strong command of language, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior writers while collaborating closely with design, marketing, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for:
• Digital campaigns (social media, websites, apps, emails)
• Brand films, scripts, and videos
• Print, OOH, and integrated campaigns
• Translate brand strategy and business objectives into powerful messaging
• Lead copy development from concept to execution
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and strategists to deliver cohesive creative output
• Review, edit, and elevate copy produced by junior team members
• Maintain brand tone, voice, and consistency across all touchpoints
• Present ideas and copy confidently to internal teams and clients 
• Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture, and consumer behavior

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting (digital agency)
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated and digital-first work
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to think conceptually as well as execute detail-oriented copy
• Experience working across multiple formats and platforms
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
