Job Description:

Job Summary:

we are seeking a results-driven SEO and Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving targeted traffic, and improving conversion rates through strategic SEO practices and effective ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s websites.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to improve search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
    • Google Ads Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video) to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for paid search campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives that align with the target audience.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Meta Ad Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to complement Google Ads efforts.
  • Optimize Meta campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
    • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to implement SEO and PPC recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Regularly update the team on campaign progress and upcoming digital marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO and Google Ads Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Ads management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web analytics tools.
