Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & Performance Marketing) Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute link-building strategies to improve rankings on Google SERPs
- Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (including paid ads)
- Plan and implement PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and email marketing initiatives
- Work with SEO-based web platforms such as Wix, Shopify, and directory sites like GoDaddy and Yell
- Administer and monitor search engine programs for performance improvement
- Utilize SEO tools to analyze performance and enhance optimization strategies
- Optimize website content, copy, and landing pages for SEM performance
- Conduct competitor analysis, including tracking advertising links and strategies
- Execute eCommerce SEO strategies to drive online sales (mandatory requirement)
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with the latest Google algorithm updates

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve campaign goals
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, development) to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Required Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Ability to drive and manage website traffic effectively
- Experience working on international client projects
- Strong understanding of generic keyword ranking strategies
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (preferred)
- Ability to mentor team members and improve team performance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Preference for candidates based in Kolkata
