B2B SaaS Content Writer
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and insight-driven content for advocates, law firms, and corporate legal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B audiences, enjoys simplifying complex topics, and can adapt their writing across formats, from long-form blogs to short, high-performing ad and social copies.
You will work closely with marketing, product, sales, and legal domain experts to produce content that educates, builds credibility, and supports lead generation.
Key responsibilities
Content creation
● Write long-form blogs focused on legal operations, compliance, litigation, contracts, and legal technology.
● Create promotional email content for newsletters, cold outreach campaigns, offline events, webinars, and product updates.
● Develop ad copies (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram) aligned with campaign goals (and target personas.
● Write social media content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms, tailored to legal audiences.
Content & market research
● Research legal topics, industry trends, and pain points of advocates, law firms, and in-house legal teams.
● Translate complex legal and product concepts into clear, value-driven content. Collaboration & optimization
● Work with designers to align copy with visuals and campaign objectives. ● Work closely with the sales team to understand prospect conversations and use cases. ● Optimize content for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), readability, and conversion.
● Produce content while ensuring consistency in tone, grammar, and brand voice.
Required skills & qualifications
● 2 years of experience in content writing (B2B SaaS is a strong plus). ● Strong command of written English with attention to clarity and structure. ● Ability to adapt tone for different formats: blogs, emails, ads, and social posts. ● Basic understanding of SEO principles and content performance metrics. ● Research-driven mindset with the ability to learn about the target audience and industries quickly.● Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
● Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks from brief to final delivery. ● Comfortable working independently while proactively seeking feedback and clarification when needed.
Preferred skills
● Familiarity with legal tech, SaaS, or enterprise products.
● Ability to work with content calendars, CMS tools, or marketing platforms. ● Ability to work with AI content generation, SEO, and content analytics tools. ● Basic understanding of performance marketing or demand generation content.
