We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a PPC & Paid Social Manager to help us take our digital growth to the next level.






The Role


This is a hands-on role where you’ll own and manage all things Google Ads and Paid Social. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising campaigns that drive leads and sales. You’ll also get the freedom to test new approaches, including AI-driven recommendations and emerging ad trends, ensuring LITTA stays ahead of the curve.


Data plays a big part in how we work. You’ll use BigQuery, dashboards, and analytics tools to monitor performance, surface insights, and guide decision-making. While your core focus will be paid search and social, any experience with CRM and email marketing tools like Braze or HubSpot will be a bonus—helping us strengthen customer journeys beyond ads.






What You’ll Do



  • Plan, run, and optimise Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Test and refine ad copy, creatives, and targeting to boost engagement and ROI.
  • Experiment with AI-driven ad recommendations and new platform features.
  • Build clear, data-led reports to track performance and highlight opportunities.
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to identify winning strategies.
  • Continuously experiment with bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative formats to maximise ROAS and ROI.
  • Use insights to scale high-performing campaigns and cut out wasted spend.
  • Support email and CRM campaigns when needed, particularly in Braze and HubSpot.






What We’re Looking For


  • Experience: 3+ years running successful PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Technical skills: Confident using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics platforms, and BigQuery.
  • Data-driven: Comfortable building dashboards and turning campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Curious and innovative: Excited to try new tools, formats, and AI-driven ad strategies.
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with Braze and HubSpot for CRM and email marketing campaigns.
  • Mindset: Proactive, independent, and able to deliver measurable results in a fast-moving business.
