Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, deployment, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research on target audiences to help refine campaign targeting parameters and improve ad relevance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Support the development of creative assets and copy variations to test different messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to compile performance reports and present actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices within the digital advertising landscape.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest and basic understanding of paid social media advertising and search engine marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
  • High level of curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
