Performance Marketing Manager

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, bookings, and revenue through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, ownership of campaign performance, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, bookings, and app installs through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting, remarketing, and campaign scaling.
- Allocate and optimize media budgets across channels to maximize performance.
2. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key marketing metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Continuously improve landing page and funnel performance through experimentation.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Measure KPIs including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, bookings, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate tracking through Pixels, Conversion API (CAPI), UTMs, and attribution models.
- Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and forecast future performance.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, Content, Product, and CRM teams to build high-converting campaigns.
- Support lifecycle marketing, retention, and remarketing initiatives.
- Explore and scale new acquisition channels such as affiliates, influencers, and emerging paid platforms.
- Contribute to overall growth marketing strategy through continuous experimentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2β5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, marketing funnels, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets/Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in consumer internet, mobility, travel, D2C, SaaS, or technology businesses will be an added advantage.

- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets through scalable paid campaigns.
- Improve campaign efficiency by reducing CAC while increasing conversion volume.
- Consistently deliver target ROAS across core acquisition channels.
- Build a reliable performance reporting framework for informed decision-making.
