About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own client relationships, drive account retention, and manage commercial conversations across a portfolio of performance marketing accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong client management skills with a solid understanding of paid media platforms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, manage renewals, support account growth, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including marketing and business leaders.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Account Retention & Growth
Own account retention and renewal objectives.
Identify churn risks and proactively develop retention strategies.
Support account expansion and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
Manage scope discussions and communicate service offerings effectively.
Commercial Management
Participate in pricing, scope, and contract discussions.
Address client concerns related to deliverables, performance, and value realization.
Support commercial decision-making through data-backed recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Paid Media Strategists, Analysts, Creative Teams, and Delivery Teams.
Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal execution.
Manage timelines, priorities, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare performance summaries and business updates.
Document client decisions, action items, and account discussions.
Ensure accurate tracking of account activities and opportunities.
Must-Have SkillsAccount Management Experience
4–6 years of experience in client-facing Account Management or Client Success roles.
Experience owning revenue-generating client accounts.
Experience managing client relationships and renewals.
Paid Media Expertise
3–5 years of hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Experience creating, managing, or optimizing campaigns.
Ability to review campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Commercial & Business Skills
Experience handling scope discussions and commercial conversations.
Understanding of account profitability and retention strategies.
Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
