Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our team at

Intent Farm. You’ll get hands-on exposure to running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms

like Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce and D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Support & Execution

● Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

● Support campaign setup, audience research, keyword research, ad creation, and basic campaign

management.

● Monitor campaigns regularly and flag performance issues or opportunities for optimization.

● Work with the team to implement full-funnel advertising strategies across different stages of the customer

journey.

2. Campaign Optimization & Growth

● Track key performance metrics

● Assist in A/B testing creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.

● Research competitors, audiences, industry trends, and platform updates to identify potential growth

opportunities.

3. Analytics & Reporting

● Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.

● Support tracking and reporting using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, and Looker Studio.

● Help maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and performance dashboards.

4. Learning & Collaboration

● Work closely with performance marketers to understand campaign strategy and decision-making.

● Collaborate with creative and content teams to understand how creatives impact campaign performance.

● Stay updated with changes across Meta, Google, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.

● Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually handle campaigns with greater independence.

Requirements

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Commerce, or a

related field.

● Strong interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.

● Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital marketing concepts is preferred.

● Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment and learn.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

● Prior internship, certification, academic project, or hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing is

a plus.

Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
