Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will support the execution, coordination, and reporting of paid media and marketing campaigns across digital, print, marketplaces and retail channels. This role plays a key part in maintaining campaign workflows, managing creative assets, coordinating with agencies and cross-functional partners, and ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced retail marketing environment. This position will work closely with key partners across Marketing, Creative, Retail Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and external agencies to ensure that Ross-Simons marketing collateral is optimized for success and delivered on time. The Performance Marketing Analyst reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

This position works on-site at our Cranston, RI headquarters four days a week and one day remote.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination & Execution
    • Support paid search, paid social, affiliate, marketplace, influencer, and print advertising initiatives.
    • Assist in marketplace campaign creation and related reporting.
    • Maintain paid ad calendars for agency, marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables remain on track.
    • Coordinate with the Retail Marketing Manager and print agency to flight and book print ad placements and assist in retail store print ad product and ad selection. 
  • Creative Asset Management & Agency Coordination
    • Communicate ad requests, deadlines, and updates to creative teams and agency partners.
    • Coordinate ad creative delivery between internal creative teams and external agencies.
    • Catalog live ads through screenshots and screen recordings and maintain organized creative asset libraries.
    • Monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with approved calendars, messaging, and campaign plans.
  • Marketplace, Affiliate & Influencer Support
    • Create and manage Meta product sets for collection ads, ensuring accurate product inclusions and exclusions.
    • Support product selection from pre-defined merchandise subsets for campaigns and placements.
    • Maintain affiliate links and communicate promotions to affiliate partners.
    • Coordinate influencer marketing programs and monitor influencer mentions and campaign activity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
    • Serve as a liaison between agencies and internal teams including customer service, finance, marketing, and creative.
    • Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and documentation across paid media channels.
    • Support communication of campaign updates, product changes, and ad revisions to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Monitor key campaign metrics and maintain organized reporting and campaign records.
    • Assist with monthly and ad hoc catalog marketing reporting tasks.


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, media coordination, or a related marketing role
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms, digital advertising workflows, campaign trafficking, and reporting processes. 1-2 years of hands-on experience highly preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/project management tools preferred
