Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across multiple digital channels. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving online sales, optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies, overseeing social media and performance marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement through CRM programs.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital commerce, online customer behavior, marketing analytics, marketplace operations, and lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across the brand website, marketplaces, and omnichannel platforms.
• Ensure product catalog accuracy, pricing consistency, inventory synchronization, and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, warehouse, IT, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor website performance, user experience, conversion rates, and checkout processes.
• Manage marketplace listings, promotions, inventory health, and seller performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage customer acquisition strategies while maintaining target ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Manage media budgets and allocate spends effectively across channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and agency partners for campaigns and collaborations.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints.
• Track social media ROI and contribute to customer acquisition and retention goals.
CRM & Customer Retention
• Develop customer lifecycle marketing strategies to improve retention and repeat purchases.
• Manage Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notification, and Loyalty Program campaigns.
• Segment customer databases and execute personalized communication journeys.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and engagement metrics.
• Drive initiatives to improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), retention rates, and repeat purchase frequency.
• Implement automated customer journeys and remarketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report key e-commerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, CAC, AOV, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports.
• Utilize Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, marketplace reports, and BI tools for decision-making.
• Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Present actionable recommendations to management based on performance trends.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and marketplace account managers.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure alignment between online business goals and overall company strategy.
