About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for connecting with students over phone calls, understanding their career and learning requirements, and providing information about our certification programs.

This role is ideal for students or freshers who are interested in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Student Counselling, and Customer Communication and want to gain practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and introduce them to our certification programs.
• Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
• Explain program details such as course structure, benefits, duration, eligibility, and enrollment process.
• Respond to students' questions and provide accurate information about the programs.
• Follow up with interested students through calls and other communication channels.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions.
• Identify interested and qualified students and move them through the enrollment process.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling, follow-up, and engagement targets.
• Build a positive relationship with students through professional and effective communication.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding student queries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
• Maintain regular updates in the assigned tracker/CRM.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
