Talent Team is a growing offshore staffing business, working with a range of customers, primarily located in Australia. Our business provides offshore staffing for a range of sectors including business administration, accounting and finance, payroll, HR and recruitment support, ecommerce and marketing specialists, IT and Technology, and various customer and technical support roles.

Due to the growing workload and client demand, Talent Team is looking for a Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, creative, and proactive. This role is ideal for a graduating student who is interested in gaining practical marketing experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be working closely with our Head of Marketing to support day-to-day activities and campaigns, while developing your skills in digital marketing, content creation, and research.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing functions and to contribute creative ideas that will help the company grow.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Openness to feedback and a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred but not required:
- Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms for content creation.
- Previous school project experience in marketing, social media, or event management.
Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Supporting the team in creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Helping manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing department when needed.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas.
- Assisting in organizing office-based or virtual marketing events and initiatives.
