Job Title: Marketing Intern
Reports To: Marketing Director
Location: Primarily remote with occasional on site work in West Chester, OH
Duration: Summer 2026, 10 weeks, 25/hours per week
Job Summary:
FCH is seeking a motivated and creative Summer Marketing Intern to support the marketing teams of Strahman, Ace Sanitary, and Steel & O’Brien. This internship offers hands-on experience working on real-world marketing initiatives across multiple industrial manufacturing brands. The intern will assist with website content management, catalog redesigns, marketing literature updates, trade show preparation, product organization, and digital asset management. This role is ideal for a student interested in marketing, graphic design, digital content management, and brand development.

Primary Duties:
Website & Product Management
- Upload and organize product information and eCommerce SKUs on company websites
- Assist with maintaining accurate and consistent product content
- Support website research and content preparation initiatives
Catalog & Literature Support
- Assist with catalog redesign and layout updates
- Update marketing literature, style sheets, and branded materials
- Support formatting and content organization using Adobe InDesign and Canva
Graphic Design & Branding
- Create and update marketing materials and trade show displays
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple business units
- Assist with photography and image organization for marketing assets
Marketing Operations
- Organize warehouse marketing materials and product categorization
- Support trade show preparation and display development
- Assist marketing managers with additional projects and administrative support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Canva preferred
- Familiarity with website management and digital content organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Photography and social media experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a hybrid environment
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
- Climbing stairs and ramps
- Balancing, pushing and pulling
- Crouching, kneeling, reaching and grasping objects
- Walking: move about inside the office and/or manufacturing and distribution facilities
- Capable of occasional traveling by car as required to locations in the Cincinnati area
Attendance Requirements: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.
Pay Range: $19-20/hour depending on experience
