We are looking for a Marketing Intern who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and excels at taking initiative for a 6-month role starting between mid-May and early June 2025. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the marketing efforts for our parent brand, Rocscience, as well as two portfolio brands. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation,
analytics/reporting, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
Take ownership of social media content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis for all three brands, adapting tone and style to each brand’s unique voice.
- Digital Campaign Execution: Actively support the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (including LinkedIn Ads), using data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to inform and strengthen our marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Contribute innovative ideas and take initiative in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, events, merchandizing, etc.
- Team Collaboration: Provide proactive support to the marketing team on a variety of projects and administrative tasks, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different brand voices.
- Proficient with social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook) and knowledgeable about social media best practices, strategy, and analytics.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and management tools (such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social or Pardot) is a plus.
