Your Next Great Adventure:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of marketing within the homebuilding industry. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of marketing tasks, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, market research, and event coordination.

Qualifications

Success is Built On:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and website content.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, such as open houses, community events, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new marketing ideas.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
