Position Summary: 

  • The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing projects that improve the consistency, quality, and efficiency of content creation and delivery. This role provides practical experience in digital marketing, content management, and process improvement, while contributing to key business initiatives.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Draft and edit content for internal and external audiences.
  • Update and format collateral using approved brand standards.
  • Document marketing processes and maintain shared team resources.
  • Assist with asset organization across platforms (Seismic, Salsify, Teams).
  • Provide project support for campaign launches and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by gathering input and feedback on marketing materials.
  • Additional duties as requested.
  • Supports “Lean Business Enterprise” Initiatives for continuous improvement and waste elimination.


Position Requirements (Knowledge & Experience): 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in learning marketing systems and digital asset management tools.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as descripted to you for the position.


Salary Description
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
