Marketing Copywriter (Direct Response) exists to drive measurable growth by owning conversion-focused messaging across email and funnel touchpoints.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve individuals, families, SMBs, and broker audiences across the full customer journey
  • Be responsible for high-performing email and funnel copy that drives opens, clicks, conversions, and ROI
  • Directly impact healthcare access by helping people clearly understand and act on Redirect Health’s value


This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who:

  • Enjoys data-informed copywriting, testing, and optimization
  • Takes ownership from strategy through execution and iteration
  • Wants their work to directly influence business outcomes and healthcare affordability
What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Own: Conversion copy and email marketing strategy across HubSpot and Mailchimp, including newsletters, nurture sequences, promotional campaigns, and automated journeys
  • Support: Messaging for landing pages, ads, SMS, and funnel assets aligned to brand voice and conversion goals
  • Collaborate with: Director of Growth Marketing, Design, Marketing Ops, and Sales to align messaging, testing cadence, and performance goals
  • Improve: Open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI through A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Advocate for: Audience needs by maintaining a deep understanding of individuals, families, SMBs, and broker segments

A strong performer in this role is known for:

  • Writing clear, persuasive copy grounded in buyer psychology
  • Using performance data to continuously refine messaging and creative
  • Delivering consistent improvements in conversion and campaign performance


How Success Is Measured

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Increased open, click, and conversion rates across HubSpot and Mailchimp campaigns
  • Improved CPA and overall marketing ROI
  • Increased testing velocity and stronger creative performance
  • Effective collaboration across growth, design, ops, and sales teams


What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of experience in direct-response copywriting and email marketing strategy
  • Brings a strong portfolio of conversion-driven copy (emails, ads, landing pages, funnels)
  • Has deep knowledge of HubSpot and Mailchimp, including segmentation, automation, and analytics
  • Has proven success building high-performing nurture, promotional, and retention campaigns
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of buyer psychology, storytelling, and conversion principles
  • Has experience in healthcare, health tech, or performance marketing environments (a plus)
  • Has a strong analytical mindset and uses data to inform copy decisions
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • This is a hybrid role, with at least three days per week in our office.
