Global Growth Marketing Intern

Your role 

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated intern to join the Global Growth Marketing team in Denver for the summer (~10 weeks). The Global Growth Marketing team delivers scalable and sustainable business growth by strategically expanding Digital Realty’s brand's reach across global markets, leveraging data-driven insights and targeted digital marketing efforts to engage diverse audiences while maintaining consistency in brand values and messaging.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to international marketing strategies, digital growth campaigns, and performance-driven marketing initiatives. As a Global Growth Marketing Intern, you will support the team in executing marketing efforts aimed at expanding our global presence and driving growth across multiple markets.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with the development of marketing campaigns, market research, and performance analysis, while contributing to the development of strategies that have a real impact on our global reach.

What you’ll do 

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of global marketing campaigns, including creative, digital marketing, paid media, and email campaigns.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to help design marketing strategies that target new customers, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition on a global scale.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment across global marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing: Contribute to the development and optimization of digital content for the website and digital advertising.

What you’ll need

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in global marketing, growth strategies, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for global trends, cross-cultural marketing, and innovative digital strategies.
