Position Overview:
The Digital Marker Assistant at Flintwood Disability Services LTD will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position requires a detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks to contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
The successful applicant will ideally have knowledge and experience in the following:
- A strong approach to professional, efficient, and proactive Customer Service online and in person
- General Administration support with strong skills in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong understanding of all social platforms in a business sense β planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content that meets our organisational requirements and goals.
- Experience using and managing Meta Advertising and Google Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising platforms. Experience using Meta Business Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Canva is a must, as this role will be required to make edits and adjustments to existing and ongoing materials
- Base understanding of all Adobe Suite applications is advantageous β For example, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, with the ability to edit and enhance images and video where necessary for social media and other applications
- Strong understanding of marketing principles with tertiary or similar level qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of the WordPress platform is advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
About You
- You are a self-starter with a keen desire and interest to learn about our organisation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Previous office/administration experience is desirable, though not essential
- This role will require a Working with Children Check, NDIS Check, First Aid Certificate and Fire Training Certificate. They will be completed before commencement
