Position Description:
Superdoc is looking for 1 digital marketers to join our team. This is an exciting role that will drive all digital campaigns, launches, and growth – including managing social media platforms, community building, driving user engagement, and advertising.
It’s a very exciting time to be in a healthcare platform focused on mobile, and we have big goals. We’re looking for a quick learner who is comfortable in a very fast paced, iterative environment. You’re more of a growth hacker than a traditional marketer. You make data driven and analytical decisions, but you believe that strong branding and providing the best experience possible are also top priority. You pride yourself on being creative while maximizing results.
What you will be doing?
• Work with company Founders to execute strategies to support Superdoc’s content, community, user engagement, brand awareness, marketing and growth goals.
• Build strong community of users and drive engagement
• Develop and manage user engagement through Social Media platforms including FB, LinkedIn, Quora, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp and YouTube
• Develop and manage content for media and digital communications
• Develop and execute all email marketing strategies
• Stay on top of emerging trends pertinent to healthcare industry
What are we looking for?
• Experience in Facebook paid marketing essential.
• Knowledge with marketing automation software, email marketing, social media platforms/tools etc.
• Solid writing background; experience blogging and/or editing (grammar buffs wanted).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organization and strong bias for action/getting things done, both individually and with teams.
