Creative Copywriter 

London • Full-Time • B2B Marketing Agency

We’re looking for a brilliant creative copywriter with a passion for big ideas, sharp thinking and the power of language to shape brands. Someone who understands how to create standout B2B work that moves people, inspires action, and pushes clients into new, exciting spaces.


As part of our Creative department, you’ll work in a copywriter–art director pairing, joining forces with different art directors depending on the brief. That means you need a collaborative spirit, a flexible mindset and the ability to build strong creative chemistry quickly.


This is an opportunity to work across a wide variety of clients, sectors and challenges—an environment designed to help you stretch your thinking, hone your craft and grow as a creative.

 
What you’ll do

  • Generate big, original ideas that answer strategic briefs and move brands forward.
  • Craft engaging copy across channels—campaign concepts, headlines, scripts, digital experiences, social, brand messaging and more.
  • Collaborate with art directors, strategists, account teams and clients to shape and elevate the work.
  • Bring a strong understanding of tone of voice, storytelling and brand personality to every brief.
  • Present your ideas with confidence, clarity and conviction.
  • Contribute to shaping creative culture within the team, inspiring others with your craft and curiosity.
  • (Bonus) Take on long-form content, messaging frameworks and content strategy tasks when needed.
 
What you’ll bring

  • 5–10 years’ experience as a creative copywriter—ideally within a B2B or integrated agency.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, versatility, and beautifully crafted copy.
  • A genuine love of words, tone, and storytelling in all their forms.
  • Experience working collaboratively with art directors and other creatives.
  • A flexible, open, problem-solving mindset—you enjoy switching partners, styles and sectors.
  • Understanding of B2B audiences, decision journeys and the nuances of speaking to complex or technical sectors.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with long-form content, brand messaging, thought leadership or content strategy.
