About the role
As T2’s Copywriter, you will help shape and express the brand voice across every touchpoint — from campaigns and activations to product copy and digital content.
This role is about more than writing: you’ll generate and craft the big ideas that connect with audiences, bring creative concepts to life, and elevate the extraordinary T2 brand.
You’ll partner with designers, marketers, cross-functional colleagues in digital, product and retail along with external agencies to develop compelling copy and creative ideas that cut through, whether in a headline, manifesto, website, or packaging line.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Creative Concepting & Campaigns - Generate and craft big ideas for integrated campaigns across digital, retail, product, wholesale, social, ATL and activations— delivering copy that inspires, excites and performs.
- Product & Packaging - Write product names, packaging copy, and website descriptions (short and long form) that bring new ranges and hero products to life.
- Digital & CRM - Develop copy for websites, eDMs, landing pages, banners, and tiles that drive engagement and conversion. Partner with the SEO team to balance creativity and optimisation.
- Advertising & Media - Write headlines, scripts, and stories for paid media, advertising, and brand content. Support the social media team with engaging organic captions.
- Retail & In-Store - Create copy for VM and store environments — including graphics, signage, and digital screens — ensuring tone of voice consistency across the retail experience.
- Partnerships & Agencies - Collaborate with external agencies to ensure campaigns reflect brand tone of voice. Guide partners and internal teams on applying the brand’s copy standards.
- Wholesale & B2B - Produce collateral for wholesale partners, catalogues, training guides, and digital assets tailored to stockists and trade audiences.
About you
- 3–5 years’ experience as a creative copywriter within an established agency or in-house role.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, campaign work, along with copy crafted for very specific usage like web, product or CRM.
- Versatility across formats — from sharp headlines to long-form storytelling.
- Ability to think strategically, write persuasively, and adapt tone to audience and channel.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
