Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Copywriter, with at least 3-4 years of experience to join our team and support client adoption campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with Product Growth Managers (PGMs), Product Managers, Design, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to craft engaging marketing assets to help drive awareness and adoption of our platform amongst our customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused role.
● Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Proven prowess in crafting copy for various offline & online marketing collaterals, especially scripts for graphic/motion graphic videos.
● Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including buyer personas and the customer journey.
● Great analytical and communication skills to present strategies to the clients, whenever required.
● Good sense of design to seamlessly collaborate with the Designers, especially for graphic/motion graphic scripts.
● Familiarity with technical products, and value-driven messaging.
● Basic knowledge of UI/UX.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product, CSM, GMM, etc).
● Decent understanding of Canva and Figma; not mandatory but this would be a plus.
● Self-starter with excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
