DescriptionThe Copywriter is responsible for creating, editing, and proofreading short-form and long content for digital and print channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Conceptualizes and develops creative copy that adheres to Inova’s brand voice and tone.
- Creates clear, persuasive, and original copy for digital and print multichannel marketing campaigns: digital ads, emails, social media, web content, video scripts, e-newsletters, and print advertisements.
- Develops short and long-form content that incorporates brand messaging targeted to various audiences for system initiatives, service line programs, patient education, and physician communication.
- Translates healthcare technical information into clear and concise copy.
- Collaborates marketing team members and clients to ensure content aligns with strategy and overall goals.
- Collaborates with designers to ensure content and visuals are aligned.
- Provides quality control through editing and proofreading according to editorial standards.
- Manages and updates editorial style guide.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
Experience - 7 years of experience as a copywriter for digital and print channels for an agency or in-house organization
Education - Bachelors Degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, or related field
