Job Title: Copywriter
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Solihull/hybrid
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is a key role within the business, where your expertise in content creation will inspire and educate customers, driving brand loyalty and business growth.
Duties:
- Leading the development and execution of high-quality copy across various channels, ensuring consistency of tone, voice and style
- Develop customer-centric content that speaks directly to the audience, resonates with their needs and generates engagement
- Proofread and edit, including reviewing and refining the work of other team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our style guide
- Campaign planning and collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts for campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency ensuring all written content (e.g. ads, website copy, social media content, email campaigns, newsletters) maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice
- Measure and optimise performance by tracking content performance metrics, analysing user engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback
Experience Required:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting engaging, concise and persuasive copy, with a distinct voice
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO principles and social media platforms
- Proven track record in brand strategy and awareness, including developing brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, integrating feedback and incorporating an audience-centric approach into content creation
- Ability to write content for a wide range of marketing communication materials including blogs, social media customer comms, reports and website content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and data to optimise content performance
- Qualification in either marketing, English, journalism or similar
In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
