MIRC, LLC is looking for a talented Content Creator who loves music, understands guitars, and knows how to turn great products into compelling visual stories.

This is a production-focused creative role for someone who wants to spend their days shooting, editing, and building content that people actually want to watch.

If you are someone who prefers making things over talking about making things — this may be the role for you.


Who You Are

You are a technically skilled video creator who is comfortable behind a camera and inside an editing timeline.

You understand that great content starts with good lighting, clean audio, and thoughtful framing.

You move quickly without sacrificing quality.

If you are not shooting content, you are editing. If you are not editing, you are planning or preparing to shoot.

You enjoy creative work but also understand that consistency and execution drive real marketing performance.


What You Will Do

You will create video and photo content across multiple brands in the MIRC family. Each division has a unique voice and audience. You will plan and produce content accordingly.


Why This Role Is Different

This is not a role where content is created once and forgotten.

You will be responsible for continuous content production, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and marketing performance across channels.

You may participate in strategy discussions, but your primary value will be in turning strategy into finished, publishable content.


What You Will Create

You will produce:

  • Short-form social video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts
  • Product demonstration videos
  • Gear features and technical showcases
  • Promotional and advertising creative
  • Educational and instructional content
  • Retail and culture storytelling content

Production Expectations

  • Shoot and edit content independently using company studio resources.
  • Maintain high visual and audio quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of lighting and audio capture techniques.
  • Work efficiently while preserving professional production quality.
  • Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) experience is required, and you must be willing to use it for editing workflows. Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a strong plus.

What We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong video storytelling and production quality.
  • Knowledge of guitars, basses, or musical equipment is essential.
  • Ability to adapt content style to multiple brand voices.
  • Comfortable working onsite in La Vergne, TN, with occasional content gathering in Nashville.
  • We are flexible on years of experience. Exceptional production skill and proven content quality matter more than job title history.
