About IW Group

IW Group is the leading multicultural advertising and marketing agency with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. Named Ad Age’s 2025 Multicultural Agency of the Year and recognized by PRWeek for Best in Multicultural Marketing, IW Group produces culture-shaping campaigns for global and national brands.

IW Group drives impactful work by blending storytelling, cultural insight, and innovation to achieve measurable results. We represent multiple brands and deliver distinctive multicultural and cross-generational campaigns.

The Role

We’re at a moment where creativity is being reshaped in real time. At IW Group, we don’t see AI as a shortcut, we see it as a new creative partner. One that helps us move faster, go further, and tell more meaningful, culturally grounded stories.

This role is about helping define what that future looks like. You won’t just be writing lines. You’ll be part of building an AI-native creative approach, where ideas come to life across social, experiences, and content ecosystems in ways that feel fresh, human, and culturally relevant.

If you’re someone who feels like writing alone isn’t enough anymore, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

●      Help develop culturally-driven creative concepts across social, activations, experiences, and online video

●      Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and producers to shape ideas from concept through execution

●      Use various gen AI tools  to prompt, prototype, visualize, and evolve ideas quickly

●      Contribute to scripts, social content, and campaign thinking—not just execute, but actively shape the work

●      Bring a strong POV on culture, humor, and storytelling that connects with real people

What You’ll Bring

  • A storyteller at your core—whether through writing, comedy, scripts, or content

  • A visual thinker—you don’t just write ideas, you see them

  • A distinct voice and perspective—you have something to say, and you say it in your own way

  • Someone plugged into culture, with an instinct for what resonates (and what doesn’t)

  • Comfortable working across formats—from TikTok to live experiences to branded content

  • A quick thinker and organized doer capable of juggling multiple assignments

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university.

Skills and Abilities

  • One to three years at an agency

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Have written copy for national marketing/ad campaigns
