SSEC Agency is a sports sponsorship and marketing firm based in Cranbury, NJ. We support a wide range of clients across sports events, leagues, youth sports programs, and national organizations. Our team culture is built around creativity, learning, and a strong sales‑driven mindset. In addition to our sponsorship business, SSEC runs and operates the Official Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Academies.
Internship Description
- Location: Cranbury, NJ (Hybrid - 1 day in office, 4 days remote)
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Compensation: Paid Internship (Monthly Stipend)

Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential partners across multiple industries
- Build prospect lists and assist with email outreach to secure introductory meetings
- Support the development of sponsorship presentations and sales materials
- Learn and participate in the sponsorship sales process alongside senior staff
- Assist with social media management, content creation, and email marketing
- Support digital advertising and campaign execution for youth sports programs
- Help maintain websites and digital platforms
- Contribute to content calendars and broader marketing strategy planning
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Interest in prospecting, marketing, and sports business
- Proficiency in Excel or similar softwares
- Prior internship experience preferred but not required
