About the Role 

This role is a Philippines-based shared resource supporting the EROAD global marketing function across New Zealand, Australia and North America. The role sits within the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) and is responsible for maintaining and developing the consolidated global website, ensuring strong technical SEO/AEO performance, and supporting the digital foundations that underpin marketing execution across all three regions. 

 

Working closely with regional marketing teams, the CoE and EROAD web lead, this role ensures the website is fast, functional, well-optimised and continuously improving - directly contributing to organic traffic growth, lead generation and brand discoverability.  

 

 

Job Responsibilities 

Website Management & Development 

  • Maintain and develop the consolidated global website (eroad.com), ensuring pages are functional, accurate and up to date across all three regional markets. 

  • Implement landing pages, campaign pages and content updates as briefed by regional marketing teams, working to agreed timelines and quality standards. 

  • Perform routine website maintenance including bug fixes, link checks, form testing and performance monitoring. 

  • Support website consolidation and migration projects as , working within EROAD’s technical and CMS environment. 

  • Manage HubSpot CMS pages and ensure correct tracking, form integration and workflow connectivity. 

SEO & Organic Performance 

  • Own technical SEO/AEO health across all regional website properties, conducting regular audits and implementing fixes. 

  • Support on-page SEO/AEO optimisation across key pages, working with content teams to improve keyword targeting, metadata, internal linking and content structure. 

  • Monitor and report on organic search performance using Google Search Console, Semrush or equivalent tools, flagging trends and opportunities. 

  • Contribute to AI discoverability initiatives, ensuring content is structured and indexed in ways that support emerging AI search behaviours. 

  • Support link-building coordination and liaise with agency partners, where relevant. 

Analytics & Conversion 

  • Maintain Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot tracking across all web properties, ensuring data accuracy and event configuration. 

  • Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) by identifying underperforming pages and implementing A/B tests or UX improvements in collaboration with regional teams. 

  • Produce regular website performance reports covering traffic, engagement, conversions and SEO/AEO rankings. 

 

 

What You’ll Bring 

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: 

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a methodical and thorough approach 

  • Comfortable balancing development tasks with SEO and analytics work simultaneously 

  • Proactive in identifying and resolving performance or tracking issues before they escalate 

  • Clear communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical marketing stakeholders 

  • Curious and self-directed, keeping pace with changes in SEO, web standards and AI search 

Skills & Required Experience 

  • 2–4 years of experience in a web development, digital marketing or SEO role, preferably in a B2B technology environment 

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript; experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS preferred) 

  • Solid understanding of technical SEO (and AEO, highly desirable) including site speed, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals and metadata optimisation 

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar 

  • Experience implementing and auditing tracking tags and events via Google Tag Manager 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS; HubSpot certification advantageous 

  • Experience supporting CRO initiatives including A/B testing and UX improvements 

  • Understanding of website accessibility standards and mobile-first design principles 

  • Interest in AI-driven and AEO tools, content optimisation and emerging search behaviour is highly regarded
