Description

This role would be best for those with interest in project management, operations management, or volunteer management. Projects will include, but not be limited to, process improvement, data collection and utilization, technology utilization to support volunteer service, and support of transition to a new volunteer management database.

The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children, step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study, and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high. 

 



Qualifications

•   Must be a child, step-child, or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
•   Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
•   Must be returning to college in the fall.
•   Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks. 
•   Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program

SEOP employees should not expect vacation/days-off to be approved during their commitment.
