Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with a strong understanding of Cloud technologies, Generative AI and related IT domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-quality, engaging and SEO-optimized content tailored for technical and business audiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop clear, concise and accurate technical documentation, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product guides and other collaterals focusing on Cloud Services, GenAI and related IT domains.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities, solution architectures and use cases.

Simplify complex technical topics into engaging and audience-friendly content for both technical and non-technical readers.

Create SEO-friendly content to improve online visibility and brand positioning.

Maintain consistent tone, structure and style across all technical content.

Support marketing initiatives with thought leadership articles, press releases and industry-relevant content.

Stay updated with industry trends in Cloud, AI and emerging technologies to create relevant and timely content.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in the IT sector.

Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools.

Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Experience with SEO content writing and keyword optimization.

Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers and marketing teams.

Availability to work from the Mumbai office.
Good to Have
