Position: Technical Content Writer

Location: Noida WFO (5 days a week)

Interview: In-person (Verbal + Creative)

About Role:

Seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to produce high-quality SEO-optimized content that

contributes to the overall success of our marketing initiatives and the consulting services that the company

offers. You will join a team of talented tech writers who collaborate with other team members, and key

stakeholders including developers to produce content that matches industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the services we offer

Create grammatically error-free and SEO-friendly content around Salesforce/ FinancialForce that meets

applicable standards and is appropriate for our target audience

Write easy-to-understand and engaging website copy

Create emails for specific audiences in our email nurture campaigns so that they look genuine and coming

from a real person

Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

Create and maintain the information architecture

Requirements:

Proven work experience (at least 1-3 years) in technical content writing for B2B SaaS companies offering

services/ solutions around Cloud technologies

Ability to deliver high-quality SEO-optimized content with great attention-to-detail

Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and make them easily understandable through relevant

and authentic pictures

Excellent written skills in English

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Basic familiarity with the SDLC and Agile methodology

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand narratives (or stories) that resonate with

the target
