Job Brief :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Content Writer with strong B2B writing expertise in blockchain, AI/ML, mobile app development, and website development domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, website copy, technical guides, and knowledge base articles.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging technical content.

  • Simplify complex technical topics (AI/ML, blockchain, SaaS, mobile apps, software development, etc.) into easy-to-understand content.

  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with the brand’s voice and tone.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ content strategies.

  • Proofread and edit content to maintain high editorial standards.

  • Work with the marketing team to create technical collateral for campaigns, social media, and newsletters.



Requirements


  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer in IT, software, or technology domains.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to a non-technical audience.

  • Experience with SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs; familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of blockchain, AI/ML, cloud computing, SaaS, or app/web development will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


  • Good to Have

    Experience writing case studies for SaaS or IT services.
    Knowledge of
    content marketing tools (HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress).
    Exposure to
    global B2B markets and enterprise-level writing.
