Summer Administrative & Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Administrative & Marketing Intern to join our team!!! This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, marketing, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document organization.
  • Answer phones and assist with general office communication.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office records.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating and posting content on social media platforms.
  • Help develop marketing materials, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct basic market research and assist with community outreach initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a high school, college, or university program preferred.
