A fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the cloud communications and contact-centre software sector seeking a creative marketer to own brand voice and audience engagement across social channels. The role sits at the intersection of content, performance and customer experienceβ€”focused on driving awareness, demand and community growth.

Role: Social Media Executive (Copywriter) β€” On-site, India.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Write high-converting, platform-specific social copy and captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar: ideate themes, map content types, and schedule posts to support product launches and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Craft short-form video scripts and storyboards for Reels/Shorts; collaborate with designers and video editors to produce on-brand creative.
  • Manage day-to-day community activities: respond to comments, moderate conversations, and escalate product/lead signals to sales or support.
  • Collaborate with growth and paid-media teams to write ad copy, A/B test creatives, and optimize messaging for CTR and conversion.
  • Track social performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and iterate on content and timing to improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.


Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications: Proven portfolio of social media campaigns and writing samples; comfortable working on-site in an Indian office; ability to translate technical product features into clear customer benefit messaging.
