The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing search optimisation strategies to improve online visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation across our client’s businesses.
The role requires a balanced capability across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and performance analytics, with a forward-looking focus on AI-driven search environments, including generative search results, conversational queries, and zero-click discovery.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across all digital assets and aligned to commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Keyword & Search Strategy
Conduct keyword research aligned to Levit8 and subsidiary business services
Analyse search intent, competition, and AI-assisted search behaviour
Identify opportunities across traditional and AI-generated search results
On-Page Optimisation
Optimise website content, metadata, and internal linking
Structure content for AI-driven visibility, including featured snippets and zero-click results
Ensure alignment with user intent and SEO best practices
Technical SEO
Improve site structure, crawlability, and indexation
Enhance page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
Implement structured data (schema markup) and resolve technical issues
AI-Driven Search Optimisation
Optimise content for AI-powered and generative search environments
Monitor visibility in AI-generated results (e.g. summaries, knowledge panels)
Adapt strategies to reflect AI-driven discovery and zero-click behaviour
Authority & Link Building
Develop high-quality backlink strategies
Identify outreach opportunities and strengthen domain authority
Monitor backlink profile and competitor positioning
Content Strategy
Support content planning aligned to SEO and AI-search opportunities
Optimise existing content and guide new content development
Ensure alignment with semantic and entity-based search principles
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor performance via Google Analytics and Search Console
Track rankings, traffic, and conversion outcomes
Provide insights and refine strategies based on performance data
Skills & Experience
3–5+ years SEO experience
Strong technical and on-page SEO capability
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Ability to manage multiple websites or brands
Experience with AI-driven search trends or generative search
Understanding of semantic search and structured data
B2B or IT services experience desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
