SEO Specialist

Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2.5–3 years of experience to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility. The candidate will be responsible for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities aligned with business goals.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO
• Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup)
• Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
• Track and report SEO performance metrics regularly
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Increase in organic traffic
• Improvement in keyword rankings (Top 10 / Top 3 positions)
• Growth in domain authority and backlinks
• Reduction in bounce rate and improvement in session duration
• Conversion rate from organic traffic
• Technical SEO health score

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Understanding of HTML, CSS basics, and website structure
• Experience with keyword research and content optimization
• Data analysis and reporting skills

Preferred skills

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
• Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing strategies
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
