Position Overview
As Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, you’ll own media execution and performance insight across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll be responsible for developing this department, assessing current state and scoping new offerings. You’ll represent the department as related offerings are pitched to clients. Your team includes a media buyer and a reporting analyst and will be tasked with improving their ability to translate marketing data and results into clear stories and measurable growth. We are in the process of upskilling these resources to support marketing operations responsibilities (anchoring on HubSpot solutions), and this candidate will continue to develop the team members. You’ll also be responsible for managing project workloads for martech development partners.
